Policies
By securing a reservation guests acknowledge that they have read and agree with the following terms:
Rates are subject to change without notice and may vary according to availability, holidays or special events. The rooms rate is for single or double occupancy. Prices do not include 8% NYS sales tax.
- Reservations
A 50% deposit will hold your reservation, with payment collected upon arrival. Payments can be made by credit card, check and through paypal. Please mention any gift certificates, coupons or anticipated discounts at time of booking. Reservation Inquiries.
- Minimum Stay
A two-night minimum stay is required on weekends and holidays between May- October as well as on major college event weekends and some special event weekends. Contact us for details.
- Check-In Time
Check-in time begins at 2:30 PM and Check-out time is 11 AM. To have staff available for your arrival, please contact us if you need to make other arrangements.
- Smoking
Due to our insurance as well as the health and safety of our guests, we are a non-smoking facility. Smoking is permitted outside, including the porch. A $175.00 cleaning fee will be charged to guests whom smoke indoors. - Children
Please contact us in advance regarding children under the age of 12. - Pets
We do not accept pets. Please be aware that there are three friendly cats on the premises in the common areas.
Cancellations
Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to your arrival date will be charged a $50 service fee. Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to your arrival date are non-refundable.
We understand that unforeseen situations may cause you to change your plans, and we will do our best to re-book your room, refunding the full amount (less the service fee). If rooms are not claimed by 3 PM on the day of scheduled arrival, guest will be responsible for the full amount.
